Privacy notice

We use your email, company and contact details, warehouse requirements and application records to verify your email, save drafts, and assess and follow up on your request.

Only authorized personnel of the platform and the enterprise providing the selected warehouse can view submitted applications. The information is not public or available to unrelated enterprises.

Application content is stored on the server; your browser keeps only a credential to resume it. Unsubmitted drafts are removed 7 days after the last save. Contact details are anonymized 24 months after an application is closed.

You can stop before submitting and clear the recovery information in your browser; saved drafts still follow the period above. To correct information or make a data request after submitting, use a site contact or the relevant enterprise space and provide your application number.
